Challenge

 

Work Matters are a well respected and long establiched specialist recruitment consultancy based in the north east of England. They approach Reactive Design with a brief to upgrade their outdated website, which had not been updated fpr several years and carried far too much content. The brief was simple, make the new website minimilistic with a strong brand identity, make it easy to understand what they do and the benefits of using Work Matters and ensure it’s easy to use on a mobile device as research had shown most applications received on their old site originated from mobile devices.

SOLUTION

 

Reactive made the solution fit the brief perfectly, pairing the website back to 8 pages, each page carrying very concise messaging with strong calls to action. The website has a clear visual identity and is very easy to use. 

We integrated an API feed from their CRM, which automatically displays current vacancies and also created a bespoke registration form which is completed online and auto converts to provide a pdf file of the data.
