Challenge
Walkers Opticians have been established in the Eye Care sector for more than 50 years and in that time have built a reputation for high quality care and customer service.
Reactive Design were approached by Walkers Opticians to revamp their old website which was very tired & dated; didn’t promote their variety of services; was hard to navigate around and didn’t reflect the company ethos and their personal service.
They needed to develop a website that clearly displayed the company as a professional, modern, stylish, independent and people centred business.
SOLUTION
Reactive spent a lot of time getting to know Walkers Opticians, understand their aspirations and what sets them apart in thier unique selling points. Our briefing stage is thus very important to do this. We put forward our recommendated theme for the new website, which was focussed on two main areas, the clients expertise and quality of their personal customer service.
The final website delivered by Reactive is very visually appealing, carries the content in a very clear and concise manor, with strong calls to action throughout. It’s style helps position the website as an independent, boutique stylish opticians (different from the national chains of Opticians) and imagery was key in highlighting the personal service you will receive at Walkers Opticians.
