Challenge
TOPCHIRO UK have a separate website for their niche Upper Cervical Chiropractic services and approached Reactive seeking a complete online brand refresh and a high-performing website to replace their outdated digital presence.
Their existing site was visually dated, difficult to navigate, and had a cheap, templated feel that failed to generate meaningful engagement or enquiries.
As specialists in Upper Cervical Chiropractic—a highly niche and premium service within the wider chiropractic industry—they needed a website that reflected the same premium quality and expertise.
Having seen Reactive’s proven track record in transforming brands, TOPCHIRO felt confident entrusting us to deliver a similar step-change for their online presence.
SOLUTION
After gaining a thorough understanding of the client’s background, objectives, and aspirations, we began developing website concepts for a refreshed online presence for this Chirpractic company.
From a user-experience perspective, the website needed stronger content to communicate the unique benefits of Upper Cervical Chiropractic, a clearer structure to make information easier to absorb, and a premium look and feel that would build trust and create an emotional connection.
We gathered insights into the pain points users experienced on the existing site and reviewed the needs of each target audience persona. Using this information, we devised a more effective way to present content through detailed site-mapping and wireframing, then developed a visual style that projected the right image.
The new site layout was designed to be visually engaging, highly scannable, simple to navigate, and fully responsive across all devices.
We also created new clinic location pages for each of their four offices. These pages were designed to support online advertising campaigns, improve organic SEO, and included location-specific contact forms and logic.
A new blog area was introduced, accompanied by a strategic content plan to help the client publish fresh, original articles that target customer search queries and drive organic traffic.
Pop-up banners were added to promote the free discovery call offer, and the site was fully integrated with the clinic’s appointment-booking engine.
The revitalised online presence significantly improved lead conversion, and the client was extremely satisfied with the final result.

The homepage was completely restructured with a new content hierarchy, highlighting key benefits, an introduction to Upper Cervical Chiropractic, and impactful interactive before-and-after images. We also added a module focused on common health issues—recognising that customers are ultimately seeking solutions to their problems and may not yet be aware that Upper Cervical Chiropractic is the service they need.
An interactive map allows users to easily locate their nearest UK clinic, while real-world testimonials help build trust and encourage enquiries. Given the wide range of customer types, it was also essential to feature diverse demographics throughout the imagery to ensure broad relevance and appeal.

With TOPCHIRO operating four clinics across the UK, we created dedicated landing pages for each location. This not only improved user relevance but also enabled each clinic to run and measure its own online ad campaigns effectively.
A “Meet the Team” section helped establish familiarity and trust before a patient’s first visit, making enquiries more likely by introducing a friendly, approachable face.
Each location page clearly presents full contact details and includes an interactive map. Enquiry forms were configured to send messages directly to the relevant clinic while triggering an automated email to the customer outlining the next steps. A clear, scannable visual structure ensured that all of this information was easy for users to digest.
TOPCHIRO Annual Report
Following the success of the new website, we extended the refreshed branding into TOPCHIRO’s annual report. We’ll cover this in detail in a separate project post, but the key takeaway is clear: a well-considered brand identity can be seamlessly applied across multiple channels and formats, ensuring consistency, recognition, and a cohesive brand experience.
