Challenge
Tiger Ivy, are a new Cocktail Bar & Restaurant in Middlesbrough, Teesside. They weren’t established at the time, but needed an exciting web presence, whilst the buidling was being refurbished, to run in parallel to social media campaigns, which would initially focus on email sign-ups to use in markeing and build up to launch, whilst also helping to fill business vacancies. Upon launch a table booking system would then need to be implemented.
The look needed to look classy, distinctive and make Tiger Ivy look a desirable place to visit, which would offer a different environment to eat and drink compared to nearby competitors.
SOLUTION
We established a whole new brand look for Tiger Ivy which was quite different to their competitors. The design look also complimented the interior design style of this new bar & restaurant for a coheisive brand experience.
Whilst the place was being refurbished the prime focus of the website was to drive sign-ups to the email newsletter to build a database to ensure a high number of excited customers upon opening. We also had a stanadalone vacancies page showcasing all jobs on offer and a place to upload CV’s so that Tiger Ivy could save on recruitment costs. Finally an easy to use booking system was integrated into the website on the opening of the establishment that was easy for customers to book and easy for Tiger Ivy staff to manage.
TIGER IVY WEBSITE
The Tiger Ivy website has a distinctive look to it that has a classy, premium and refined style to it.
Text content was kept to a minimum, and due to the fact that the place wasn’t open when we launched the website, we created bespoke mocked-up photography of settings and drinks in accordance with interior design mood boards and menu’s.
The website developed a brand look & feel that formed the basis for further marketing visuals on social media and email campaigns.

VACANCIES PAGE
Tiger Ivy really pushed the venture on social media and the website was thus getting a lot of traffic. So we included a vacancies page on the site detailing the various jobs available pre-launch, with the capability to upload CV’s. This saved recruitment costs and a lot of the positions were filled via this cost-effective way.
BOOKING SYSTEM
To enable easy online table booking for customers, a cost-effective booking system was intergerated on the website that could be easily managed in the back-end by Tiger Ivy staff.
