Challenge
SECON approached Reactive Design with the goal of overhauling their outdated website, which was failing to effectively communicate their services and project the right company image. In addition to the website’s outdated appearance, their brand and logo also appeared dated and no longer aligned with their vision. Aiming to increase sales and drive more inquiries, SECON recognized the need to modernize their online presence and enhance their digital “shop front.”
SOLUTION
Following an initial online kick-off meeting to gain a comprehensive understanding of the client’s background, objectives, and aspirations, Reactive conducted in-depth industry research to assess competitor strategies and identify opportunities for SECON to differentiate itself.
We first presented a range of solutions for a new logo and brand identity, incorporating elements that resonated with the recycling industry.
Next, we enhanced the website’s textual content and developed a refreshed design that the client described as “a significant improvement” over their previous site. The revamped website has proven highly effective, leading to a notable increase in conversion rates, turning inquiries into customers. The client was delighted with the outcome.
