Challenge

RISE North East is on a mission to transform lives through the power of physical activity. Learn more about their great work here www.risenortheast.co.uk

With their in-house designer on maternity leave and two major conferences approaching, they required a wide range of marketing collateral—including brochures, presentations, infographics, banners, posters, and flyers etc.

Following a recent rebrand, it was essential that all materials were fully aligned with the new visual identity. As is often the case with events of this scale, there was a need for a fast turnaround and cost-effective delivery…

SOLUTION

At Reactive Design, we have extensive experience working within established brand guidelines and are widely recognised for delivering high-quality design across a range of mediums. It’s this reputation that led RISE North East to approach us for support ahead of their upcoming conferences.

Following an initial virtual kick-off meeting, we quickly developed a clear understanding of the brief, key deliverables, timelines, and brand guidelines. We then proposed a structured schedule for all parties to follow, covering content creation, photography, design development, proofing, amendments, and final production.

The outcome was a suite of cohesive, on-brand materials delivered to a high standard—on time and within budget. The client was delighted with the results, and the conferences were a great success, making full use of the impactful collateral we produced.
