Challenge
Redrose Manufacturing Ltd are a supplement manufacturer that approached us with several problems; The brand was ineffective at communicating what they actually did; the website wasn’t performing well in generating enquiries and promoting the benefits of Redrose services; and they had no print-based or digital (social & email) marketing promotional materials.
SOLUTION
The significant first step we proposed was to refresh the brand idenity. There were a lot of quick-win marketing ideas we had – but without an effective brand identity – then all other marketing materials would suffer. So we set-about modernising the logo to more effectively & instantly communicate what Redrose do (ie. Netraceutical manufacturer), including a new strapline and an abstract rose icon that pays homage to the old logo but also represents the capsules/tablets that Redrose manufacture. To achieve the best solution we undertook extensive industry research to understand the market and target audience and produced a whole host of ideas which where then tested and refined to arrive at the most effective solution. As part of the brand refresh, we produced a visual guidelines document to show how the identity should be used to ensure a consistent message across print & online. This was then rolled out across:

BRAND APPLICATION EXAMPLES
With a brand to be now proud of, a number of events in the neutraceutical industry where identified as a way to engage with new customers and to help with this Reactive produced large format exhibition signage to help Redrose really stand out at these events and they proved to be very successful.
To effectively engage with customers it’s important to enagage with them through all channels – whether online or in print, so print promotional materials where created that again really distilled the Redrose message into a way that would immediately appeal to the target audience.
The website was completely refreshed to promote the Redrose USP’s, services and products in a distilled manner that was very benefit driven with clear calls to action. Visually the whole look & feel was revamped to reflect the energised brand and stylish graphic techniques where implemented to bring out the key messaging. The site is mobile responsive as standard and uses an ‘easy-to-manage’ CMS for the client to update content and add regular latest news which is important for SEO.
