Project Info

The charity Network of Wellbeing wanted to undertake much more social media campaigns to promote their activity. However they had no brand consistency across the items they were currently producing and their logo was a little tired and dated. As is to be expected from a charity their budget was also limited.

So the first challnege was a brand refresh & basic guidelines, and the charity also needed a variety of collateral for use on their various social media channels, such as social media banners and graphics, as well as promotional videos and recorded webinars which would be branded up.

They also had a need to produce printed promotional materials such as flyers and various other branded items. Finally, they wanted to use one agency who really understood their organisation’s needs and aims, rather than multiple agencies for their different needs.

A major reason why many clients come to Reactive Design is because of the wide range of services we offer. Think of us as your one-stop shop in branding, print, online & social – not only does that make things really straightforward to our clients, but it’s also great value too as brand familiarity means we instantly get off to a quick start on any project.

Due to this charities limited budget we proposed a brand refresh instead of a complete overhaul, which would relate to their previous logo (and allow their existing audience to recall the identity).

This would ensure a consistency of application whether in print or digital format, and allow their audience to instantly recognise their activity whether online or in print.

With an excellent value brand identity in place, it provided the platform for Reactive Design to create a wide range of on-brand and recogniseable social media graphics as well as other  content such as videos, whilst allowing the client to also create their own branded collateral quite easily.

With clear brand guidelines in place, this meant that every bit of social media marketing collateral produced would have a consistent identity and Network of Wellbeing’s target audience could instantly recognise that a social media post was from them.

We continue to produce social media graphics on a regular basis for Network of Wellbeing which can promote anything from an online webinar to an in-person event to a press release or important announcement.

When creating the social media graphics, it is important that they are each created at the optimum sizes for a given platform, such as:

• Twitter
• Facebook (post or event banner)
• Instagram
• LinkedIn
• YouTube

And also that they display well whether viewed on a desktop or mobile device.

We have also utlised our video & music editing skills for Network of Wellbeing and the client found it very useful being able to use one agency for all their needs. The kind of video work we have done includes:

• Basic editing of webinars into shorter, more accessible formats
• Branding up the clients own internally produced videos
• Creating original mini-films with soundtracks using stock videos and music scores
• Event promo videos with subtitles

Happy client

Working with Reactive Design has always been a pleasure. First and foremost, they are always very quick and very reliable. At the Network of Wellbeing we often require design work to be completed at very short notice, and Reactive never fails to deliver. This gives me a real piece of mind. The quality of design work and video editing is always very high, they are able to respond well to a brief and are always open and flexible about making adaptions as needed. I would really recommend working with Stuart and the Reactive Design team.”
