Challenge
MSP Legal Services required a refreshed visual identity which would really help differentiate them from other solicitors ad competitors to make them stand out in the industry and help them reach a new audience.
The initial task was the need for a refreshed and distinctive brand identity, but MSP also wanted a creative agency they could work with to roll out the new identity into a variety of printed collateral, a new website and social campaigns.
SOLUTION
Reactive had the perfect range of in-house services to develop the new identity and then roll this out across a wide range of printed items as well as develop a new website and enhanced social media presence.
A key insight we helped to identify was that many audience types have a perception that solicitors are stuffy environments that can be a barrier to winning new customers so MSP wanted to appear different and more informal, approachable, friendlier and more vibrant. The new identity we developed epitomises this bold new direction for the company.
