Holgate Insurance approached Reactive seeking a comprehensive brand refresh and a high-performing website to replace their outdated website.

Their previous logo looked basic and lacked distinctiveness, modernity and quality. Similarly, their existing website was outdated, difficult to navigate, and ineffective in driving user engagement.

The client aimed to elevate their online presence significantly and, having seen Reactive’s success in transforming other brands, entrusted us to deliver a similar transformation.

After gaining a thorough understanding of the client’s background, objectives, and aspirations, we began developing concepts for a refreshed brand identity—one that honoured their legacy while appealing to both existing and new customers.

The new logo was designed to be clean, modern, and distinctive. It retained the brand’s original blue colour palette, updated with fresher, more vibrant tones to reflect a contemporary feel.

For the website, we refined the content to clearly communicate the advantages of choosing Holgate Insurance, aiming to build trust and highlight the company’s strengths to potential clients.

The site’s layout was carefully crafted to be visually engaging, scannable, easy to navigate, and fully responsive across all devices. Unlike the previous version, the new website is fully optimised for mobile and tablet use, ensuring a seamless user experience.

The result is a revitalised online presence that not only enhances Holbgate Insurances image but also significantly improves lead conversion. The client was highly satisfied with the final outcome.
