Gee Dee Plant were recommended to use Reactive after becoming very disillusioned with their current web provider, who were very slow in responding to requests to update/fix issues on their existing website, and who also charged a high amount for simple web requests. SOLUTION
Upon inhertiting the Gee Dee Website – we found it was using an outdated platform which was prone to bugs and security flaws. It also wasn’t easy for the client to update the website themselves and thus wasn’t cost-effective in the long term.
Reactive proposed a new, more modern website, with a refreshed visual identity and streamlined content which would clearly showcase (and cross-sell) all of Gee Dee’s services. Also because we have experience in the drainage and industrial sector, we were perfectly placed to carry out copywriting services and tailor the website to appeal too and engage with their target audience.

The new Gee Dee plant website has a really distinctive look to help them stand out amongst competitors. Making their services front & center in an easy to understand way was key, which was assisted by straightforward and to-the-point copywriting, along with service relevant photography. By reducing the number of pages and categorising all their services under the headings of Drainage, Industrial Services and Environmental Services, meant we could expose potential customers to the full range of services and cross-sell these. By emphasing benefits of using Gee Dee, along with clear calls to action – it all meant it would encourage greater customer enquiries and ultimately boost sales.
