Challenge
CableTrail, a Teesside based business, approached Reactive seeking a comprehensive brand refresh and a high-performing website to replace their outdated platform.
Their previous logo lacked distinctiveness and failed to effectively convey what they did. Similarly, their existing website was outdated, difficult to navigate, and ineffective in driving user engagement.
The client aimed to elevate their online presence significantly and, having seen Reactive’s success in transforming other brands, entrusted us to deliver a similar transformation.
SOLUTION
After thoroughly understanding the client’s background, objectives, and aspirations, we began developing concepts for a refreshed brand identity while maintaining a connection to their past for existing customers.
The new logo was designed to be simple yet distinctive, retained the old colour pallete, and was complemented by the addition of a strapline that clearly conveyed the essence of their business.
For the website, we streamlined the content, focusing on concise messaging and a reduced product range, emphasizing the best-performing items. To enhance product presentation, we conducted a new product photography campaign, showcasing both the items and their color variations effectively.
The website layout was designed to be clean, impactful, and user-friendly. Unlike its predecessor, the new site was fully optimized for mobile and tablet devices to ensure a seamless browsing experience across all platforms.
The revamped website has delivered exceptional results, driving a significant increase in conversion rates and successfully turning inquiries into customers. The client was extremely pleased with the outcome.
