Challenge
JDM Earth is a specialist installer of Solar PV, Battery Storage and EV Charging solutions across Teesside, the North East & North Yorkshire.
They approached Reactive with a requirement to develop a refreshed website alongside a wide range of supporting marketing materials, spanning both print and digital channels. Central to this was the need to refine and distil their messaging to better connect with their target audience, as well as to establish a more cohesive brand identity—something that had been inconsistent across their existing marketing activity.
With an upcoming Trade Expo on the horizon, JDM Earth needed to move quickly. This required the delivery of a new website, multiple print and digital projects, all within a tight timeframe, all executed efficiently and to a high standard.
SOLUTION
Leveraging Reactive’s expertise across both print and digital, we supported JDM Earth with all of their project requirements, delivering a streamlined, efficient and cost-effective design service.
Our first step was to refine JDM Earth’s brand identity, clarify their offering, define their USPs and creating clear visual guidelines to ensure consistent application across all touchpoints moving forward.
A central focus of all communications, most notably the website, was to clearly articulate their services, highlight their unique strengths and demonstrate why customers should choose JDM Earth over competitors.
With the brand identity and key messaging established, we rolled out the refreshed brand across a wide range of marketing channels. This included the website, printed materials, exhibition stands, email templates, PowerPoint templates, and a suite of additional branded assets, ensuring complete consistency across everything the business needed to use.

JDM Earth Website Design
A key initial focus of the JDM Earth website was to understand, distil and clearly communicate the company’s unique selling points, highlighting the key reasons customers should choose JDM Earth over competitors.
It was essential to clearly present the core services offered within their regional area, which also helped with organic SEO, while also conveying the trusted, established nature of JDM Earth’s more personal, customer-focused approach.
Building trust and confidence was a central tactic, achieved through the use of real-world project examples and customer reviews. Showcasing competitive pricing also played an important role in attracting customers who may have been considering alternative providers.
From a visual perspective, establishing a strong and distinctive brand identity was critical. A clear visual hierarchy and well-structured content sections helped break up information, making the site easy to scan, navigate and discover more about JDM Earths services. The clean, simple design supported quick content digestion and confident decision-making, with clear calls to action guiding users throughout the journey and ultimately leading to customers enquiring.
Furthermore, the integration of a customised Instant Quote tool for Solar/Battery installation jobs helped a potential customer specify their own project to get an instant quote which would present JDM Earth with a qualified lead to further engage with, resulting in valuable time saved on the quoting process for JDM Earth engineers, negating the need for onsite visits.
All in all this new website had a big impact in allowing customers to initially discover JDM Earth through organic search, then understand why they should choose JDM and get a quote, which lead to more traffic and enquiries and qualified leads for the client.

To support the website function, and help drive traffic to it, other print & digital items where produced for JDM Earth for their Expo Event. These included traditional leaflets, an expo stand itself, email campaign templates, powerpoint templates, email signatures and social media ads. A selction of these are below.
